You can make 3 separate discounted orders for pickup or delivery with the same time reservation. If you're picking up, Walmart system will assign a single pickup code for all 3 orders. You also only need to select "I'm here" on a single order to trigger all 3 orders to be brought out.
Can be used multiple times.

If you ever weren't Walmart+ and still took advantage of the free shipping options over $35 and know what items those are.... this DOESN'T usually include those and is geared towards the things that being a plus member opens up.. although there's glitches in the matrix. There used to be a corporate to (YMMV) specific store delineation separating the two... delivery from shipping, but store specific. Like before, I could ALWAYS get 6x Root Beer 2L shipped, just not 1 (for free), but every so often depending on my local stores supply the single 1 would be available... So for instance for me, if I load up on 35x single 2L Root Beer, I can use the code.... but not if I order 6x6 2Ls... even though they ship from the same store in the same way with the same stickers. When I add both (previously known) eligible and non eligible items, it definitely confuses it. Sometimes it will say 3 items are ineligible, you remove 1 and the other 2 become eligible instantly. Kind of weird, but just takes some finagling.
I have been a walmart online shopper for years, and only just got walmart+ weeks ago, days before they changed their formats. I'm still adapting too, just sharing my experinces. If you try to order stuff and the code doesn't work, try building a cart with obvious delivery things like ice cream or steaks and try again to see if its your account or your cart. The code will likely work, then you have to figure out whats's eligible..
edit: Before, it used to indicate under each item what was available for shipping, delivery, or pick up. Now shipping and delivery have sort of merged... but depends on location. If they can ship it to you cheap with a local contractor they can stiff they will, before they have to pay a professional. You may also see a tip line at checkout if you are ordering time-temperature sensitive things
