seems like I have seen deals like that, but don't remember where. And I have a lot of best buy gift cards so i am doomed if best buy doesn't have a deal on the console.

Not worth saving less than the price of a single game to have a console that I would consider used, IMHO.

I just did the Sam's Club (eshop GC) deal a week and a half ago. Got the choose your game bundle new for $400 + tax. Just received it yesterday.

Bought the last recent deal $419 Grade A refurb from Woot came w/ Mario Kart digital download, it was in brand new condition, not a scratch on it, items inside had all the orginal packaging, switch itself went straight to setup mode when powering on. The box itself was a bit beat up and was resealed. Overall, couldn't have been happier!

Wish I would've bit on that deal. This current deal specifically mentions it's coming in a generic box, whereas that previous deal said it would at least come in the original packaging. So I'd say that means a much higher chance these units will actually be refurbished/used ones with some signs of usage.

90 days is more than enough to see if there anything wrong with the switch. I bought one and it was mint condition. If not, just return.
