This is a steel unit, which means that 40lbs of that weight is gone. Even if you're careful, often in shipping there will be one or two dings where the paint will be chipped off, and since its steel it will eventually rust there. If you're going to use it much, get an aluminum one as it'll save you 10lbs+ and won't ever rust.
Harbor freight has the haul master aluminum one about this width but much deeper for $120 as everyday regular price and 9lbs lighter despite the extra size.
Lastly, check your exhaust. Mine is luckily pointed down at the ground and tucked under the bumper, which is great for carrier use. But some vehicles like a Mazda CX3 the exhaust points straight back and that's far too much heat on the carrier.
Edit: To be fair though, if the accessories are good quality, this does also come with the bag, net, and straps which has some value.
