ya, but most would have a tons of SSD from the past when ddr3 was still around, and they don't go bad (i seriously still have a 128G OCZ SSD bought 15 years ago that still works), but most have to get DDR5 rams for their new builds.

i haven been sitting on my new AM5 build for almost a year as it is missing rams.

It depends on what are you using it for? It has its uses. 9850x3d is not better that this CPU other than gaming. Some people use the CPU for video editing also.

Not a bad deal. I'm giving myself a 6 month window to buy ssd+ram in case the price drops a bit. However even if it doesn't I could mentally justify these inflated prices because ai is making the world a better place. The people who are complaining about high prices right now did not celebrate low prices (all time low) a year ago.
