I can't actually speak for this product since I don't own it, especially since I don't really like Smith Machines, but I do own a Mikolo rack and it serves me very well for the price I paid (less than this). This is an established brand, especially by Chinesium standards. Their customer support was super helpful for me personally, which is a huge boon when considering the disappear-over-night drop shippers you might be buying from on Amazon.
Sure there is better, but there is also much much worse. Just my 2c.

Beyond my overly-cautious opinion about safety, a more practical real-world example about all of those other brands on Amazon: a family member wanted to save money and bought a cheap all-in-one rack on Amazon. He's run into things like attachments not fitting, certain movements not working as expected, and what annoys him the most is that several adjustments take many more steps than necessary simply due to poor design. The more reputable brands minimize these issues.

He's run into things like attachments not fitting, certain movements not working as expected, and what annoys him the most is that several adjustments take many more steps than necessary simply due to poor design. The more reputable brands minimize these issues.
For what it's worth, I don't overload it, and I don't go for heavy PRs much anymore so I can't speak to it withstanding very heavy bails. It is NOT Rogue level by any stretch of the imagination, but it's solid enough for 80% of people just wanting regular strength training at home.
On paper they look identical, they all just have different names, different pull up bars and plate storage horns.
The two biggest reasons why I went for the M4 2.0 "ultra", which might not even move the needle for anyone else, was the ability to change the hight of the low pulley row (I don't want to sit on the floor) and the fact that Mikolo doesn't sell the other ones.
Ordering a machine that is heavily supported, heavily advertised and directly from Mikolo was ultimately the deciding factor.
I have a SquatMaxMD from Titan and I love it, but it's not the same machine that SquatMax sells so when new attachments have been released in the past, I do not get to use them. That is a specific scenario, but one I have to live with and don't want to experience again.
I was going to get the M11 with aluminum pulley upgrade from walmart for $909 shipped, then the arms would be another $199 so total was $1,108.
It's safe to say I spent $90 for piece of mind.

There's an "M7" that includes the arms for even less.
