I took the bait and purchased one. There have been similar models for less but this version is the upgraded 2.0 with support for the 3D pivot arms from Mikolo I was looking for. Thanks OP

The item "specifications" on the walmart app show the model as M4 but the description references several improvements over the M4. Walmart does often have model descriptors that are Walmart specific and make apples to apples price/feature comparisons more tedious.
