$79.99 "A" tier 1000w, Cybenetics Platinum-level efficiency (which is arguably a better measure of efficiency than the "80 Plus" White/Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum certifications, though 80 Plus platinum carries a higher peak efficiency threshold compared with Cybernetics).
$79.99 "A" tier 1000w, Cybenetics Platinum-level efficiency (which is arguably a better measure of efficiency than the "80 Plus" White/Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum certifications).
The Lian Li RS1000G 1000W you linked above is definitely, the better buy for $10 more.
yeah the swiveling power cord connector is gimmicky but whatever.
the one thing about the desgin is that all of the peripheral power connectors outlets are on a side of the unit perpendicular to the side where the 24 pin ATX connector is (and you have your choice of two sides for the 24-pin connector and they include a dust cover to snap onto the unused one).
so if my brain is processing it correctly, for a boring vanilla case, depending on how you swivel the power cord outlet, you will either have the peripheral connectors facing back and the 24pin facing a side, or vice versa. the more traditional approach is to have all the connectors facing back.
