This bundle is mainly useful as a cheap way to harvest Tracfone service, since the Galaxy A03 is very slow, stuck on Android 11, and best suited to calls, texts, or backup use. The strongest reports say each phone can carry a 1 year plan with 1500 minutes, texts, and 1.5 GB data, and that the balances can be transferred or stacked onto an existing line. The main caveat is that activation is inconsistent, with some orders arriving without the plan attached and requiring seller or Tracfone support to fix it. The phones also arrive in plain white boxes, so this feels more like service value than a polished handset deal.
Common Questions (5)
Several buyers report that each phone includes its own 1-year plan with 1500 minutes/texts/data, but others received only one plan total or no plan attached at all. The safest expectation is that the listing is inconsistent and may require activation help, a seller message, or a return if the plans are missing.
Yes. Activating the A03 on the same Tracfone account and choosing to transfer your existing number can stack the bundle's service time and units onto your current line, and many users then move it back to their original phone after waiting about a day. Some transfers work through the website, while others need the TRANSFER text flow or support.
It is very slow and outdated, running Android 11 with no recent updates, so it is best suited for calls, texts, or service harvesting rather than everyday app use. Apps can lag badly and many newer apps may not install, though it can still work as a basic backup or single-purpose phone.
Check the IMEI with Tracfone or the seller first, because some units activate without the included plan showing up. If the plan is missing, buyers have had success messaging VerizonValue/eBay with the IMEI so they can push the 1-year plan to the device; otherwise eBay "not as described" returns have been used.
The phone generally needs 1 year of active service before it can unlock, and if you transfer the service away too early it may not qualify. Even after a year, these A03 units are so old that they may not be worth much by the time they unlock.

I activated the first phone, and the plan was added. I then re-activated my old phone, and had my old (better) phone with 1 year added. Sweet.
A few days later, I activated the second phone. The service was moved from my old phone to the new, but the balance and expiration date didn't update. With the service still on the new phone*, I spent 1.5 hours talking to the Tracfone customer service via chat (2 agents), and they ended up telling me to contact the seller on eBay.
I sent a short message to the Verizonvalue seller on eBay with the IMEI and what happened. Less than 30 minutes later, I got a reply that they added the 1 Year Plan (1500 Min/Text/Data) Bundle and activated the phone with the IMEI. Sure enough, the Balance and Expiration date have been updated.
*Would this have worked if I had already re-activated the old phone and moved the balance? I don't know
If you're in a similar situation, good luck.

Were you able to transfer everything back to your old (better) phone?
Another words: did it work out as:
Old better phone balance and service time -> 2 years added + 2x1500mins,etc, -> old better phone?
There was another hiccup at the final transfer to my old phone. I tried it on the site and the app and on both after the last step it gave me an error that it couldn't proceed at this time and to call a number it gave me.
Instead, I texted TRANSFER to 611611, followed the prompts, and that worked.

Purchased a few tracfone deals like this, never had such an experience.
Activated correctly using TRANSFER 611611 but no airtime.
Is it possible the evil forces do not like transferring number during activation to extend service?
TF going downhill.
Need to deal with eBay return as well.

There have been cases where Esim was an issue and a chat/call was need. Glad it worked smooth for you.

Update for those waiting for return shipping label - I just got mine took 4 days in all.
Verizon value on urlhasbeenblocked a good 4-5 days to reply.

Now that they've been activated the resell value for this model "used" phone isn't worth the shipping cost.
Glad you finally got a return label.

I dont care about the phone and I am still trying to get the airtime loaded to my account. Lets see.
Its a win win for both only if I can get the airtime. They can have the phones.
Unfortunately the CS confirmed my 2 pack phone bundle had no airtime loaded.
Was your old phone getting the final TRANSFER an Esim or SIM?

I'm sorry yours didn't work! Couldn't VerizonValue on eBay confirm that there were no plans preloaded on your two IMEIs and that they could add the plans on their end? I must have just gotten lucky.
