This bundle is mainly useful as a cheap way to harvest Tracfone service, since the Galaxy A03 is very slow, stuck on Android 11, and best suited to calls, texts, or backup use. The strongest reports say each phone can carry a 1 year plan with 1500 minutes, texts, and 1.5 GB data, and that the balances can be transferred or stacked onto an existing line. The main caveat is that activation is inconsistent, with some orders arriving without the plan attached and requiring seller or Tracfone support to fix it. The phones also arrive in plain white boxes, so this feels more like service value than a polished handset deal.
The bundle can add service time and minutes, texts, and data to an existing Tracfone line when activation uses number transfer.
The activation workflow can be repeated for the second phone to extend service further, including reports of stacking two years total.
Some activations succeed and allow harvesting minutes, texts, and data onto a BYOP phone without needing to keep the A03 as a daily device.
The TRANSFER method can work as a fallback when website or app transfers error during the final step.
The bundle may arrive with missing or unrecognized plans, which can force plan purchases or returns after activation attempts.
Texting TRANSFER to 611611 can sometimes wipe existing min/text/data or trigger port-in limbo, so it can be risky for harvesting.
Tracfone support and account corrections can be slow or inconsistent, and some issues may require eBay/VerizonValue involvement to resolve.
The A03 hardware can feel unusably sluggish and is effectively unsuitable for real daily smartphone use.

From my experience. Just take out the sim from the new phone and put it in your old phone it should work. This trick works on all previous activated TracFone phone.
I took a chance (before I saw your reply) and did the following:
Click on the Activate tab.
Choose the BYOP option (since my old tracfone phone was unlocked already).
Select the option to keep my number.
Enter the old phone's serial number, IMEI, or MEID/ESN when prompted.
Enter the security code sent via text message to my currently active phone to verify your identity.
Restarted my old tracfone phone and it worked.

It's always recommended to only use the original sim in the phone it's activated in when it's a branded TF.
Swapping sims is just asking for trouble.

I never had problem that's why I'm doing it. Online will automatically update my device.
TF can be difficult enough to deal with even when things are done right, there's no need to increase the odds.

Activated more than 100 TracFone lines. Still have more than 30 lines active. Swapped more than 20 lines. No issues. The re-pairing of SIM to new IMEI takes about 20 minutes for me.
Generally, one never learn anything new by doing the same thing for the past 10 years.
I keep getting an error when trying to activate on the website. App did same thing. Tried through ''add device'' option but wants me to buy a plan.
Tried all 4 imei's, same thing.

Tried clearing cache, different devices & browsers, keep getting the same thing.
Tried a new account and the device did show up in my list, despite the same alert, but it was telling me to add a plan to it, so the plans not being included might be the issue.
I messaged the marketplace email listed in this thread, so hopefully I get a reply back soon.
Can't even get that far on the website. Get up to entering the phone type, provider, and zip code and the website keeps giving me the same alert "cannot process your transaction."

That's why I asked if anyone else had ported in. You get the option to get a new number or keep a number. Want to keep my number, porting in from metro.
Porting isn't the problem - it's the screwed up plan on the A03.
