I activated the first phone, and the plan was added. I then re-activated my old phone, and had my old (better) phone with 1 year added. Sweet.
A few days later, I activated the second phone. The service was moved from my old phone to the new, but the balance and expiration date didn't update. With the service still on the new phone*, I spent 1.5 hours talking to the Tracfone customer service via chat (2 agents), and they ended up telling me to contact the seller on eBay.
I sent a short message to the Verizonvalue seller on eBay with the IMEI and what happened. Less than 30 minutes later, I got a reply that they added the 1 Year Plan (1500 Min/Text/Data) Bundle and activated the phone with the IMEI. Sure enough, the Balance and Expiration date have been updated.
*Would this have worked if I had already re-activated the old phone and moved the balance? I don't know

Were you able to transfer everything back to your old (better) phone?
Another words: did it work out as:
Old better phone balance and service time -> 2 years added + 2x1500mins,etc, -> old better phone?

Purchased a few tracfone deals like this, never had such an experience.
Activated correctly using TRANSFER 611611 but no airtime.
Is it possible the evil forces do not like transferring number during activation to extend service?

I dont care about the phone and I am still trying to get the airtime loaded to my account. Lets see.
Its a win win for both only if I can get the airtime. They can have the phones.
Unfortunately the CS confirmed my 2 pack phone bundle had no airtime loaded.
Was your old phone getting the final TRANSFER an Esim or SIM?

I'm sorry yours didn't work! Couldn't VerizonValue on eBay confirm that there were no plans preloaded on your two IMEIs and that they could add the plans on their end? I must have just gotten lucky.
