Bought this last time it was on sale. Definitely effective. I would recommend leaving it in overnight at least for 8 hours but make sure to flush a few times just to cycle the water the following day. Read reviews that it may mess with the plastic parts in the tank but I didn't experience that cuz I didn't let it sit. The tank was visibly cleaner. Used on 2 toilets at my home and would recommend. Better than using the Clorox tabs in my opinion.
