Good deal got it from another site for 54. Very demanding game that does not work well on ally x. I'm really surprised since sf6 works nicely.

This is confidently incorrect. While the active blocking of Linux is indeed part of the backlash, the PC port has much bigger issues for anyone who plans to play online. Many players can't get the game to go above 57-59FPS even at low resolutions and low settings despite being well over the recommended specs. Even worse, even for those who do manage to achieve 60FPS, the PC port suffers from inherent micro-stutter. Both of these are hugely problematic because fighting game net code is built around the assumption both players can maintain a locked 60FPS, and anything less than that, even just micro-stutters, cause massive issues that effectively ruin online play.

The issues are so prevalent that tournaments have already shifted to only accepting players on PS5 until the issues are resolved, while many PS5 players are turning off cross-play limiting the player pool for those on PC.

If you don't care about online, and just want to experience the single player portion of what is undoubtedly a very awesome game, at least do yourself the favor of buying it on Steam so you can refund if you have issues (of which there are far more than what I mentioned above.)

Unless its Tekken or SF. This is the FGC cycle game comes out casuals grab it then get destroyed and quit then the game has low engagement and then fades into obscurity where only the hardcore players of said game stick with it, but the game basically becomes a wasteland online with no lobbies.
