have you did an estimated runtime from 100% - 0%. Is it anywhere close to the 20K mAh it claims?

I didn't do a discharge test yet, but I did a charge test, and my external USB power tester showed about 70Wh went in (It wasn't from 0%)

these batteries are awesome and can charge laptops. My only issue with them is the weight.

I have one and for 40 it's solid. I Think the actual mah is about 15to20. I can definitely charge a iPad pro 1 complete time with a little to spare. A switch 2 gets about a charge plus. My steam deck smokes this maybe 75% charge. My Asus laptop which is a 100watt USBC drains this in about 30min. Honestly for the price it's worth it and it's beautiful.

These are decent. Used it strapped to my tripod, connected to a Nikon doing a 7 hour time-lapse. then charged a phone from 20% to 100% then charged two Camera batteries. still had 15% left.
