Make sure your vehicle has the circuitry for this. Many cars' 12V sockets are only rated (and equipped with a limiting fuse) for 10 or 15 Amps, whereas this would require at around 30 Amps minimum (allowing for conversion inefficiency) to output 300W sustained.

As FabulousStranger526 said, make sure you have a 30A fuse or else you're going to have a 4th of July celebration when going full 300W. 😁

I've had this one for 9 years now just to charge up a work laptop on the road. It's a hassle, so once USB PD came out, it's stayed in the box.

The USB ports on this are mostly for charging phones etc while you also need the plugs, so you don't have to alternate what's using the cigarette lighter port. The main thing I've used one for is charging a laptop while on the road. These are also useful in power outages as a temporary generator (this one is not powerful enough to run a fridge though).
Ditto. Laptops in my car get the most usage for this.

Any device requiring electricity that isn't a phone?
I used to play my Xbox one in my car with the screen I had with one of these. Mine was only a 150w

This model doesn't come with the battery clamps. I wonder if you could use an after market battery clamp to cigarette lighter for higher wattage draw aplications?

These are great but I prefer the style that has the outlets more separated. My 30w chargers can't be put side by side in this thing. But it still works and great, if you don't mind them being too close.

Does this have some sort of remote mobile app via BT to monitor usage and potential also turn on or off via app?
Would you also like fries with it?

This has AC outlets, so anything that needs AC power or has its own adapter that isn't USB output. I used these years ago when on the road constantly for an air bed pump inflator, power tool battery charger, laptop power adapters, and I'm pretty sure we even ran a PlayStation/Xbox and small TV at some point to play in the truck.
