Phenomenal promo considering unlimited hotspot and international roaming (including Mexico, Canada, Europe, and Asia).

Total wireless is a complete crap show. They messed up so many people's byebye promo. Worst customer service also. Down the line they will mess up the plan and it will be difficult to get it back.

Byod was always at 25. I almost switched last year. My visible 5 dollar credit is finally over

roaming doesn't mean much when they can cancel your plan after 3mo of extended roaming duration

Does this include taxes or is that an additional charge?

Can you adjust your plan if you're already on their Boyd plan for $25?

Haven't had issues with my ByeBye promo, still going strong almost 2 years in.

My beef with Total Wireless is my RCS stop working after visiting Portugal (the byebye plan doesn't have the international roming, so I used a Airalo eSIM) last month. Getting the dreaded 4001 and 4002 errors, Gemini has helped me more their phone, online support. I'm still having issues and waiting out the 2 weeks with RCS being disabled and hopefully Google's Jibe servers can recognize my number again when I re-enable it.

Apart from being cheaper, how is this deal better or worse than US Mobile's plan on WARP (Verizon)?

No. New accounts only. You have to port out and back in.

Great price, great data speeds in large cities, sometimes i experience call connection issues but usually it's good quality. $20/m is a no brainer. Do not forget to sign up for rewards, and also add referral to get extra reward points worth $15 i believe. Do it in the first few days or that window is gone.
