It's BBQ, so you never have to give it too deep of a cleaning.

Bring it up to 220*f before you begin to cook, and any remaining bugs will be dead.

If you have stainless grill grates, you never get them 100% clean; and if you have cast iron grill grates, they are seasoned with decades of delicious crud.

i bought this for $19, and have used it couple of times on charcoal grill. the tray are very high quality and not thin at all. It is a no brainer at this price if you like grilling, especially veggies and kebabs.

I purchased it a few weeks back when it was on sale, and am I glad with the purchase. The stainless steel metal is thick of those two trays & the 6 stainless steel skewers have built-in finger guards to not slide the food towards your hands, and they are sturdy too.

The trays are 17 3/4" x 12" x 2"I bought these a couple of weeks ago and highly recommend them. I've grilled cubed potatoes, vegetables, and salmon. I prefer stainless steel over carbon steel for this application because it's lighter and easier to care for.
