Bring it up to 220*f before you begin to cook, and any remaining bugs will be dead.
If you have stainless grill grates, you never get them 100% clean; and if you have cast iron grill grates, they are seasoned with decades of delicious crud.

If you have stainless grill grates, you never get them 100% clean; and if you have cast iron grill grates, they are seasoned with decades of delicious crud.

If your meat spins on metal skewers, use 2 skewers per kabob, an inch apart.
If your proteins always become overdone before the veggies are cooked, you can do all meat skewers- then reassemble them for your guests. This works great with tuna or salmon, and still lets you have some char on your vegs.
Despite the skewers being rectangular and having little notches for them, they continuously flipped themselves back over when I was trying to rotate them.
It's a pain to clean, which the wife hates.
Probably going to return it.
For those concerned about cleaning, it states it can be put in the dishwasher.
I haven't used it yet, so I cannot comment further.
