Admittedly, I don't work on domestic vehicles very often, but I've never really had to use the SAE side of my tool box. Metric works on both from what I can tell.
Also, the Metric side is missing the 19mm, which is a lot more important than a 6, 7, 8, 9 IMO.
I've only ever had to use less than a 10mm on one thing. The bleeder valve on brake calipers is an 8mm I think, and it doesn't require a lot of torque or a ton of wrenching.
I paid $40 for my GearWrench ratcheting set that covers 10mm to 19mm. Admittedly it was a long time ago, but it's a quality set.
I like Harbor Freight for the extendable ratchets, but the quality of their Chinese box wrenches doesn't impress me. I expect these to be on par with the Pittsburgh wrenches.
For a while, AAP would have a special on the combo metric and SAE sets of GearWrench for $79.99. Probably not happening anymore with inflation, but it was out there.
