You generally are better off with an MNVO + doing a trade+finance at Samsung.
You generally are better off with an MNVO + doing a trade+finance at Samsung.
$1900/36 = $52.79/mo subsidy. A similar plan to Experience Beyond with US Mobile would be Unlimited Premium for $32.50/mo. So $85.27/mo to get a similar deal on an MVNO.
If you can go with a cheaper MVNO plan, then you can save some $$. But if you're comparing top plan postpaid to top plan MVNO, not a huge savings.
Now, if you're going to keep your phone longer than 3 years (unlikely on a foldable due to the screen problems that tend to develop between months 12-24), that's different. T-mobile is happy to keep charging you full price, even after they've stopped chipping in with your monthly phone subsidy.
On Samsung if you're trading in a fold 6 it'll be $900 for the fold 8. If you're trading in a s24 ultra it'll be $1100 for the fold 8. It really throws the math to consider trade in value at T-Mobile but not at Samsung direct...
