Great deal on that Martin 000-18 custom shop. I own that guitar. Paid a lot more, plus tax. This is a no brainer, they sell for more resale. D-18 modern good deal too.

Super tempting. Checked Reverb and the sold listings are sparse. The brand new ones have sold for $4k~ but the used ones seem to have sold for closer to $3k (there is a custom shop "expert model" that sold for over $4k though). There is one sold listing where the same guitar sold for $1800 which is a a major steal!!

Are these current model years as Martin introduced the Golden Era-style scalloped top bracing on Standard Series models in 2025 as I've seen larger discounts like 30% or more if I remember for 2024 models?

The D18 listed specifically states the 2025 refresh and the golden era scalloped.

This place is rad. I was just there a month ago when I went to Milwaukee for a show. If you're interested in a guitar I'd def reach out to them. They are very nice and helpful. It's a cool shop and isn't just a bunch of Strats, teles and Les Paul's like a lot of shops (tho they have those too).
