But need to update firmware before use, otherwise it may burn out, AFAIK.
I wouldn't buy anything with 14th Gen or older Intel CPU.

This Acer Nitro 60 refurb is a Ryzen 9 and RTX 5070 Ti gaming tower that stands out on price to performance, especially versus pricier RTX 5080 builds with similar CPU, memory, and storage. The listed 12GB graphics spec appears to be wrong, with the official model sheet and owner reports pointing to a 16GB 5070 Ti. Reported internals include 32GB of T Force Delta 6000 CL38 memory, a Kingston NV3 2TB SSD, and a Gigabyte micro ATX board, with two RAM slots still free for upgrades. Caveats include low tier parts, a locked down BIOS, and some refurb quality control issues such as faulty memory, a broken Wi Fi antenna, and awkward RGB software behavior.
Gamers pairing a desktop with a 4K TV, because the Ryzen 9 and RTX 5070 Ti class hardware are aimed at smooth living-room play.
Buyers comparing prebuilt value against a custom build, because the price-to-performance is described as comparable to a self-built PC.
Upgraders who want a starter tower with spare memory slots, because two RAM slots are free for adding more capacity later.
Buyers who want a trouble-free refurb, because one unit arrived with faulty memory, then a replacement had a broken Wi‑Fi antenna and no easy exchange path.
Power users planning a future CPU upgrade, because the motherboard has weak VRMs and may need replacing for higher-end chips.
People who expect polished BIOS and RGB controls, because the BIOS lighting screen can trap you until a hard reset and OpenRGB cannot fully control the RAM lighting.

-The 5070ti graphics card is a Gigabyte Eagle (lowest tier Gigabyte makes but its fine).
-The ram is 32gb T Force Delta 6000 CL38 (pretty low tier vs other ram kits, again fine).
-The motherboard is a barebones micro atx gigabyte 650m locked down by acer (you have to use their bios's, not gigabytes). It has really bad VRM's so if your looking to put in a 9850x3d or better down the road, you might want to upgrade the motherboard as well...
-The 2tb NVME is a Kingston NV3.
Overall seems fine. If the world was different I would probably have more complains (It is a bit crazy that $1800+ gets you low tier parts all around, or is that just a prebuilt thing? I haven't bought a prebuilt in 20 years) The fans make a quiet pulsing noise when at idle. Can't hear it over my AC but probably going to look into different fans at some point.
A couple annoying things I've figured out so you don't have to:
-Mine shipped with a bios dated 12/10/2024. Acers website lists the newest bios as 3/31/2025. These are the same bios's.
-The RGB in the bios does not work. You can open it but you can't change anything and once your on that screen your stuck there and have to do a hard reset. Not sure why you're even allowed to click on it. You can use Gigabyte Control Center to change the RGB on the fans and ram. Don't use OpenRGB (at least for now), It can change the color of the fans but the current version can not change the color of the ram so it will be stuck on rainbow throwup mode.
-Set the ram to EXPO in bios, not XMP. I did not know what it was (AMD's version of XMP on ddr5 ram) so I did XMP like I always do and it created a bunch of issues like the computer crashing when it would wake from sleep.
