But need to update firmware before use, otherwise it may burn out, AFAIK.
I wouldn't buy anything with 14th Gen or older Intel CPU.

This Acer Nitro 60 refurb is a Ryzen 9 and RTX 5070 Ti gaming tower that stands out on price to performance, especially versus pricier RTX 5080 builds with similar CPU, memory, and storage. The listed 12GB graphics spec appears to be wrong, with the official model sheet and owner reports pointing to a 16GB 5070 Ti. Reported internals include 32GB of T Force Delta 6000 CL38 memory, a Kingston NV3 2TB SSD, and a Gigabyte micro ATX board, with two RAM slots still free for upgrades. Caveats include low tier parts, a locked down BIOS, and some refurb quality control issues such as faulty memory, a broken Wi Fi antenna, and awkward RGB software behavior.
The listing's RTX 5070 Ti memory size appears corrected to 16GB per Acer's official spec sheet for model UD.P02AA.05M.
The refurb unit can support RAM expansion because it includes two free RAM slots beyond the included 32GB.
The refurb ships with substantial bubble padding and extra foam support for the GPU to help protect it in transit.
The price-to-performance can be comparable to a custom build with similar high-end parts and storage, based on one owner's comparison.
Refurb units can arrive with hardware faults such as faulty memory causing continuous reboots and a replacement that still had a broken Wi‑Fi antenna.
The seller's refurb resolution process may require returning and rebuilding again instead of exchanging for a replacement antenna, which can be too much hassle.
The BIOS RGB screen can trap the system on a screen requiring a hard reset, and the BIOS RGB controls may not function.
The motherboard in at least one unit can have weak VRMs, which may limit future upgrades to higher-end CPUs without replacing the motherboard.

Their option is return and rebuild again. No exchange to get a replacement antenna. I ended up keeping as it was a too much hassle.
Just need to shrink wrap the box to strengthen it and waterproof it.

Expect to potentially be hit with import duties.
Carrying a BUILT computer this size does not make sense though.
on the other hang, I built these and you can literally carry it and it will be easier to pack and it even comes with a handle. It would fit in a larger carry-on luggage.

GPU usually is not installed and wrapped separately. Easier if you just have the parts and boxes.
I built mine with very similar specs in February for roughly the same price, but basically better PSU and case in a microATX format. I'd suggest doing the same, if you build it and take it, you won't run into customs issues either.

Do games only use 6 cores? or if more I wonder how it translate the 2x 6cores ccd...I hear a lot to just disable the 2nd ccd to get better fps due to the inter ccd latency.
