I have been buying about half the time on ecosmetics.com. If you can wait, they always have sales and I picked it up with a 40% flash sale. I purchased a tester and every tester I've bought from them are brand new, just no plastic wrapping on the boxes. I've been very happy. They have all kinds of promotions, but I would wait for - at least - 30% off sales. I also saw it for that price on a woot.com special, but - given it's amazon - while I'm not worried about getting a fake one, ecosmetics.com has an excellent trustpilot score and I've gotten a bunch of bottles from them for really good prices (been stocking up on a couple YSL's and Mancera frags from them lately... all brand new.

The L'Oreal outlet store has spoiled me for fragrance buys. I just picked up both YSL 24 and YSL Cuir, 125 ml each, for $200 total. Those retail at Macys for $380 each. Got 150 ml refill of Prada Ocean Parfum for $67. They have incredible deals every time I go, I need to stay away for a while. Go YSL Y elixir for $57 and YSL Y le Parfum 200 ml for $70. And picked up Azzaro forever wanted intense 100 ml for $37. Plus a number of others. The 70% off section is dangerous.
