In the app, there's 5 buttons/tabs on the bottom; click on the middle (i.e., 3rd) one labeled "Easy Rewards". Then scroll down to it and then "Activate" it.
(FYI, "Coupons" are found when you click the 4th tab labeled "Deals")
Also, I don't think any retailer will fail to honor an advertised price; that's a lawsuit waiting to happen (false advertising ; bait and switch).
I'll go check it tonight. But price is posted in store
