I didn't really want the mower, but figured the batteries were worth the price. I ended up finally using the mower a few days ago for the first time. Did well on my small backyard. I use a gas zero turn for the remainder of the property, a side and front yard that take too long to push mow.
So, this may be a deal for some. But it's possible that if you wait for last autumn of early winter you could pick this setup or a slightly better setup for less $$$.
