Hey never know. It could be a diamond in the rough. I could only find unboxing and AI generated videos that "reviewed" this thing though.

I think if I'm ever in a no-power situation, grinding fresh coffee will be the least of my desire or concern.
Them headaches though.

I hear the Hoff loves this for his espresso grinds! Not for pour over or drip though, too fine. /s

That's when you chew the beans. I don't know how humanity invented something that requires so much effort for so little result.

I do appreciate a fresh ground cup of jo, but when you accept a 2nd cup from your friend and then watch 3 minutes of grinding you start to feel bad.

Yeah but ... I have an electric grinder and haven't even unboxed it. I have a hand grinder that I've already used to the point it loosens every time I use it why I'm just looking at this one.

Point is, that for coffee nerds like me and your friend the grinding is kind of ... Zen. And enjoyable in its own right. FWIW...

I bought one of these grinders and for some reason they decided to intergrade into the design a clear plastic clutch which of course lasted a few weeks rending the device unusable.

I'm still on my Hario from 15 years ago. It's quiet and can go almost all the way to turkish style fine grind.
