Doesn't sound right. Previous response seems right. There's 6 piece listing for 16 oz, so lid and a container for two pieces of a 16oz set x 3 = 6 pieces. The pics are deceiving since it claims a 6-pack but the text says it's three. Probably also some 1/2 cup scoops to, but then I'd have called it a 9 PC set.

Use case for this? Keep the fruits and veggies last longer in the fridge? Sorry for basic questions since I'm a guy that have been learning to cook since eating cost way too much nowsdays!

I bought these to keep dry goods protected from moisture & insects. I transferred into one a bag of long grain rice, into another a bag of coffee beans, and into another a bag of cat food!
