I don't know about this one in particular, but a cheap 110V flux core welder can typically handle 1/8" steel, maybe 3/16", which makes them reasonably capable without needing a 220 plug or shielding gas. YMMV, but Yeswelder and some other low end brands are fairly well liked for similar prices.

Doesnt bode well that they dont proofread their pictures. Never heard of a Mig Torck personally. Usually means they cheap out/cut corners in my experience.

Not sure about this one, but I got the Seesii 110V MIG/TIG/stick welder that looks very similar to this when it was on sale last month for $62 and it actually works decently well for car body sheetmetal all the way up to 1/4"! You can weld up to around 3/8" or maybe even 1/2" if you preheat to around 300F-350F and use .035 wire but I haven't tried anything over 1/4" so far since I only have .030 wire currently. I've heard for many welders that you get significant porocity welding thicker than 1/4" without preheating and without thicker wire like .035. I bought YesWelder E71T-11 .030 flux core wire 3-pack of 2lb spools for $25 on Amazon, as well as ARCCAPTAIN .030 stainless steel flux core 2lb spool for $21 on Amazon so I could weld both mild steel and stainless steel. I also picked up a Harbor Freight auto darkening helmet for $29.99 and $8 Vulcan MIG welding gloves on sale last week and a welding cart for $29.99 yesterday (sale ends on the 16th for the cart if you want to get one for 1/2 off too) so my total cost to start welding both mild steel AND stainless steel is an insanely low $175.97! I suggest trying the Seesii welder over any of these other random unknown brands because Seesii makes decent tools for super cheap, sort of like how Vizio TVs first came out and everyone didn't trust them since they cost 1/3 the price of any comparable Samsung, but once people tried them they realized they work well enough and are reliable enough to trust them as a good cheap brand.

My setup: $62 Seesii MIG/TIG/stick welder, $29.99 HF auto darkening welding helmet, $8.00 HF Vulcan MIG welding gloves, $29.99 HF cart, $24.99 YesWelder 3-pack of 2lb .030 E71T-11 flux core spools, $21 ARCCAPTAIN .030 stainless steel flux core spool. I already had square nose pliers with cutter to use in place of actual MIG pliers, but if you need MIG pliers they are $12 for WORKPRO on Amazon or $11 for Berger brand at Harbor Freight.
