Wegear is Lenovo's "hope it works" brand where they whitelabel lower quality CCP factory stuff they don't want their name on... In case something bad happens.

i have this, junk, seriously, it stopped working as soon as amazon 30 days is over, i got a Anker 100watt smaller than this which also fail but at least it failed after a year and their no BS warranty covered replacement

PS, i use it to charge my Asus G18 laptop because i hate carrying giant 330 watt brick with me for "light work"

Mine came in today. I have a charger addiction so I'm familiar with these multi chargers.
I tested it with my meter testers, one port at a time, 2 ports at a time then 3.
I pulled 98W from both the first and second port (using 1 port at a time).
Third port maxes out at 18w.
Using both usbc ports, charged at 68w and the other 29w - 97w total
Using all 3 drops port 2 to 10w and port 3 to 8 - 86W total.

Didn't get exceptionally hot from an hour of testing.

I've been seeing a lot of these no named chargers pop up recently on SD. How do we know they won't combust and burn down our homes?

The term is "no name". Wink

On the Amazon pics, it shows 2nd USB-C as 12w and the USB A as 12w when using those two. Is this a mistake on the labeling? Shouldn't it be at least 30w and 12w?

Why would someone buy a $16 charger to save $10 just to use on their $1,000 macbook/iphone though? Just pay an extra $5-$10 for a reputable brand. I know it doesn't guarantee that your house or laptop won't burn down, but it decreases the chances signficantly while also dissipating less heat (thereby giving you a longer lasting battery).
You gotta look for the Krusty Brand Seal of Approval!

According to the description it's "ETL/CSA/UL-certified with high-grade protection"I'm no expert, but UL certification is pretty solid. Nothing I've bought with UL cert that I've used has suffered catastrophic failure.
I doubt it. Each certification is expensive and fee based, so most will just have one type like ETL. Usually the one that is less likely to sue you when you stop paying the fees and keep using the stamp.

This seems to be the same as the Novoo 100W [amazon.com] charger that AllThingsOnePlace [youtube.com] gave high praise in their testing.

12w per port on ports 2 and 3 is the split when all 3 ports are being used. Hit the little arrow to scroll through the pictures until you see one that says "Two Port Charging." That'll break down the wattage of each port based on every combination of 2 ports. Using both USB-C ports and not the USB-A, the diagram says it does a 70w/30w split.

I've been trying to learn more about various certifications, but I'm overwhelmed quickly. Could somebody please point me at a well explained source to learn more? Thanks in advance...
