It's pretty common for the small sizes to not have a ball end. There wouldn't be much metal left at the groove/shoulder and it'd be too easy to break off the ball (if you hadn't already stripped the fastener at that point).

I think I prefer t-handle for my hex drivers but wiha and wera are my go to screw drivers.

No kidding.... As I already told you, the picture is inaccurate. The Wiha website and my actual set in my toolbox tells me so.
