Any good table top ? 70x31 ! Im not familiar with finishes .. and don't want to go through sanding other wood work ..
Then get laminate countertop. Just make sure its core is not partial board or mdf if you can help it.

Given you can buy full on electric standing desks for like $20-$30 more, I don't think this is a great deal

Seems it may not go high enough or be stable enough to use with a walking pad despite the photo? Any good suggestions for just the frame portion for that use case?
People mention a four leg being more stable.

I don't have this one, but figured I would mention in case you haven't, figure out if the wobble is coming from the legs that stick up or the feet. Make sure you adjust out the feet if the wobble starts there at all. I know most people know this and you probably do, but you might be one of the lucky 10 thousand today (XKCD reference).
Also make sure you level the desk using a spirit level or a bubble level app on your phone. Leveling should help reduce wobble

Bought this frame and then bought this block and stained it. Took a little work but been using it for months now and it is perfect.

What I really need to know is how the people in the product pictures are hiding their cables?!
They probably cut em. (But with AI nowadays, I'm sure it's generated) Anything for good clean product photography.

In real life, I use the ikea wire carriage with a 4ft 10-outlet power strip mounted under the desk. Everything plugs in there and gets shoved into that ikea wire carriage. 1 plug goes to the outlet. It's a pretty clean set up.

Those desks won't be dual motor and 225 lb weight limit. if that doesn't matter to you, cool, it doesn't to me either for my use case, but there is a reason this is 150 with tons of sales, for a dual motor setup 150 is decent and 100 is cheap for the base.

Oh yeah, good point.

I upgraded from dual motor frame to 4-legs flexispot e7 plus. My old frame cannot handle my gaming pc and 45" monitor on 72" solid wood top 1.5" thick. E7 can handle 500+ lbs and does not wobble at all even fully extended. So worth for my use case. If dont like desk wobbling while typing, consider 4-leg dual/quad motor

I bought this motor late last year but have been looking for an affordable desktop. Luckily, I have the F&D store 20 miles away. Was wondering if you can share what kind of "little work" I'll be up against. This old geek is good with geeky stuff but bad with wood work, same as love cars but can't turn a wrench even if my life depends on it.

Yup I had to play around with those little feet to get it leveled. I have 2 27" monitors, soundbar and all the wiring sitting on the beck edge of my desk no wobble even at the highest point
