This 43 inch Samsung Movingstyle is a rolling 4K smart monitor built for flexible room to room viewing, especially in kitchens, apartments, exercise areas, and other spots where a fixed TV is awkward. The sturdy stand and white design fit well in spaces where a normal television looks out of place, and the large screen works for cooking, sports, or a secondary TV setup. The main tradeoffs are the VA panel with weak viewing angles, no touchscreen or built in battery, and a size that can feel cumbersome to move. Carpet also makes rolling harder, so it suits stationary mobile use more than true portability.

What's the use case for this? I have a tablet, and i rarely use it except for on the couch sometimes. I see in the pictures people use it at like a dining table, but most people are either talking to each other or on their own phones to watch what they want, and in the living room there's already a TV, i guess it can be used as a secondary screen for someone else to watch something or have 2 things going at once
Could be used for digital signage in some cases.

Anyone with experience in this? been researching the Samsung, lg stand by me 2, Amazon has another brand called AOPEN which is touch screen, cozyla has a 32 in touch screen with built in calendar and runs streaming svcs Netflix, d+, play store etc. Thanks
I have some experience with a touch screen one and it's basically a giant tablet. I think your use case will dictate what you need. Is it going to be primarily a TV or some other specific use? If you have certain kinds of apps in mind, you might find that you have to sideload those apps if the app store thinks your device is incompatible. I want to use mine primarily as a family "hub" but also want the flexibility to use it for things like exercising or as a screen in the kitchen when cooking or cleaning dishes, meaning mobility was important. However, if I ever decide to just mount it to the wall in a fixed capacity, I can because the screen itself has a battery and can also be hardwired. Some screens rely on their base for power, which would mean I can't wall mount.

Keep in mind this is a VA panel so bad viewing angles. Better to go with LG as they use IPS panel for their monitor that comes with a mobile stand.

For something like this, that's a deal breaker. Thanks so much for pointing it out. Seems like the kind of monitor you'd place in a room and might view from various locations, like depending on the seat you choose in a living room.
The the item you roll from room to remove can't be rotated a few degrees? Not to mention standard VA panels have usable viewing angles of 170+ degrees

Family has this and they seem to love the mobility...they move it to kitchen for cooking shows and shit; to office to watch bloomberg; and even to the bathroom lol. You would just say that you can do that with your phone but they use their phones less so benefit(?)

I'd use it as a secondary TV for like Sunday Ticket or to watch the second local game when there's two on at once. Plenty of use cases.

40in TV $200, movable TV stand (amazon) $40, Fire TV stick ($20). Total $260 much cheaper.

I live in small apartment and so it's hard to find a place to put tv in my room (unless we drill the wall, which I don't want to). This tv works perfectly.

I'd consider it for my outdoor seating area. Maybe watch the game outside and wheel it in during bad weather. But I don't know really. There are better ways for most use cases.
