I read some ppl complain about them being slippery on wet surfaces, but I haven't had any issues on linoleum or tile.
I could probably do a hike in these and not feel bad after. I'd highly recommend them.

I think these are excellent walking shoes. and indeed Nke tends to make shoes very narrow recently. I just bought Nike Gato and I am debating what to do - they are pretty but very narrow.

I scuffed up the bottom of my C1TY shoes before using them at work (where there is polished concrete) and they were fine.
