Polymaker is from the best filament on the market. I'm saying this from personal experience as I have close to 500 rolls of filament at home. You won't find it much on SD as it almost never goes on sale. If you ever have any issues, they have outstanding CS and will help you with any issues including print profiles (all though they have json's on their site to import in to your slicer)

Polymaker Panchroma Starlight PLA is being praised as attractive, high quality decorative filament, with the sparkle and satin colors standing out in person and the non abrasive glitter easing concerns. The price around $12.99 is seen as especially strong for trying a premium brand, and the filament is described as working well in AMS setups, dryers, and dry boxes. The main caution is the cardboard spool, which can be awkward in some AMS systems and may need adapters, tape, or respooling. A solid pick for eye catching prints if the spool format fits your setup.
AMS owners who can use cardboard-spool workarounds, because the filament feeds well in AMS units when the edges are treated or adapted.
Decorative-print hobbyists who want a sparkly PLA, because it looks especially good in person and prints are described as looking and feeling better than ordinary filament.
People trying a new filament brand on a small order, because the price is low enough to test an unfamiliar brand without committing much.
PLA users printing figurines or other non-heat-bearing parts, because the material is described as good for decorative models even though heat resistance is poor.
AMS setups that cannot tolerate spool modifications, because the cardboard edges may need tape, rings, adapters, or respooling to run smoothly.
Enclosure and dryer users who want trouble-free cardboard spools, because cardboard can shed dust, warp in drying cycles, and add drag or feeding issues.
Prints that need heat resistance, because PLA is described as having bad heat resistance.
Buyers who refuse cardboard spools outright, because the spool material is a deal-breaker for them.
