If you're using it to drive hundreds of long fasteners like building a deck or fence there are better choices, but most people aren't doing that all the time.

Generally the term 'stubby' is used describing the m12 impact wrench (in either 3/8'' or 1/2'' anvil size).
This is an 1/4'' impact DRIVER. Generally used for driving things such as deck screws, lag bolts, etc.

Walmart has the fuel surge 2551-22 in a 2 battery kit with charger and bag for $109.49
Suggest the Reddit thread to determine which one is best for your specific needs. Bottom line: If driving lots of 3" deck screws and don't mind loud noise and vibration then buy the reg reg fuel. If working indoors around others whom you don't wish to disturb and you want the quietest tool with the significantly less vibration then go for the fuel surge.
