I have the Live Pro 2 which came out the same year as this Live Free 2 (that's four years ago). I have enjoyed it. The Live Free 2 should be very similar other than the different form factor. I am not sure whether $45 is still a great price for a 4-year old product though. $50 for a pair of Soundcore Liberty 5 at costco sounds like a better deal to me.
