Seems the fan blade is 24" but the fan case and all bits equal 27"

Medium: 8,640 CFM
Low: 7,560 CFM

ETL-listed construction.
You should treat 9,460 CFM as a manufacturer rating, not real world truth .. they lie about this stuff all the time ... But even if the real number were 15–20% lower, you're still roughly 7,500–8,000+ CFM, which is excellent for $85.
No water proof / IP rating
But for $85? I'd buy it.
