Solar lights from Costco have been surprisingly solid. Amazon lights have been mostly a miss. I've disassembled plenty of these puck lights and the batteries vary. Between AA/AAA, 14500, 18650, NiMH and LiIon there's almost no way to discern since these products almost never label the batteries properly.
