There was a sale on Men's clifton 10 for $100 back in May, but that seems pretty rare and only select sizes

Got my Clifton 10s from Dicks for $100 end of June. Honestly the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn but That's about as low as they go.

Do you overpronate/have flat feet? If so (and probably if your knees and feet are hurting after working out), read my posts at the following two places. Also explains how to know if you are flat footed (or overpronate, which isn't the same thing though the solution is and people use them interchangeably, even doctors).

I highly, highly recommend seeing a doctor about this. My sports medicine doctor is an orthopedist, and IMO that's really the ideal combination. They can diagnose your issue and give you exercise-oriented solutions, from what kinds of shoes you need to actual medical interventions.
