It doesn't say anything about when the purchase date would be because if it's within the initial period where you can get AppleCare, great.
The gen 1s needed AppleCare swaps twice during the two years after the 1 year warranty.
Purchased a chainsaw, got a vacuum, I'm out funds from the return. Dozens of other Slickdealers have been harmed from VIPOUTLET.

As long as we set expectations that these deals are like a "box of chocolates", then we should all be OK
Purchased beats that were supposed to be open box like new. They came dirty, scuffed up, and one earbud didn't even work. I found out 2 weeks after purchase this was the case and requested a return. They sent a return label which I sent back that day. They received the return and then denied my refund because they said they received them too late. Petitioned eBay and they gave me a refund. Nightmare shady seller.

Pretty solid deal for AirPods Max 2 in excellent condition. Going by the description some could be even new.
