This game doesn't run well on ps5. Even in performance mode it struggles to get to 60 fps, it's usually a lot lower especially on boss fights. It really does affect the experience. And at performance mode the graphics really looks bad like there is something smeared across the screen. Balanced looks a bit better but with an even worse frame rate. I highly don't recommend the ps5 version. Now on pc if u have a powerful enough card, this game is phenomenal! I really think it got robbed GOTY!! The combat and world are amazing! And the story is pretty good as well! It feels really good getting more powerful and the bosses are really great! It's $42 on pc as well! If u dont have a pc, honestly just the game until u get more powerful hardware!

120hz tv in balanced mode with a stable 40 fps was very playable on a base ps5. That's pretty much the only way if you have a base ps5. I beat the whole game that way. I was so dismayed buying this game at launch as it was mostly unplayable until this feature was patched in.
