Thank you, works on the white 20000mah variant too. I own a few Baseus accessories, prefer white, and have noticed their coupons usually don't work on colors other than default black.

I did the same, I've got to be able to find it in a backpack or travel bag and the white will stand out more.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

I've had one of these (the 20k one) for a while, along with quite a few other Baseus products. Most of them I like a lot, but this one for whatever reason will just randomly stop charging things even though it's still connected with plenty of juice left. Unplug and replug and it starts back again but might randomly stop again. Not sure if I got a dud or what but it's annoying for sure. The 10k one I have from them works great though.

Few bucks more than the cheapest deals for this class, and way larger than INIU compact.

Still, if you want one with two retractable cables, it's a good deal.

Does it charge faster than the INIU? I have that one and love it but I could be tempted with even faster charging...

Not sure if this would apply to your charging issue. But, just thought I'd share my experience on this. I noticed this happens when I charge anything that is charging at low wattages like my toothbrush or my smart watch. Usually if i charge two things at once stays charging.

Awesome timing. My previous powerbank was just starting to lose capacity. Thanks OP.

Happens with my phone, laptop, doesn't really matter. I did take a look at the reviews on Amazon and doesn't look like I'm alone on this one unfortunately

I bought this recently. My issue with it is that it doesn't seem like both cables support the same output. The product page doesn't have any information on what the various combinations can output and the text on the back of the battery seems to imply fast charging is supported by both usb-c.

However, if I plug the short cable into my OnePlus 12 its ultra fast charging, but the longer cable is only fast charging. This is with no other devices connected.

I'm going to tell you all that I'd avoid anything with the built in cables. They get snagged in your pack and once they get damaged, I'm not a huge fan of keeping them.

Lithium fires are nothing to play with.

This is my experience as well, it seems to be the case with low wattages only and it depends on the device. I wonder if it's the device or the battery pack itself? Anyways, aside from that slight inconvenience it's been awesome for traveling. Charges the kids iPads quickly and is compact enough to throw in a small day bag or my wife's purse. Highly recommended so far.

In the past year and a half I had 3 of their 20,000 mah batteries fail on me (no longer listed on Amazon). I bought a Qi2 battery that's luckily still in warranty, going through the process now. An anker battery I bought ~2017 is still going strong.

This brand will forever be suspect to me. 4 battery failures within 2 years.

Yea these are POS garbage. If you don't use it for few months, they will no longer charge and keep flashing zero. Had one, googled the problem and many many forums threads came up same issue with this brand. Stay away this, it's a waste of money...
