You may need an existing Habit Account. I have been going to Habit a while but never signed up. Upon signing up, I don't see this offer. Only the free charburger with drink purchase offer for new signups.

Their app is quirky. You have to add the free item as if you're paying for it first, then the discount will show up at payment. It doesn't automatically add the free item once the $10 order is in. It's odd and counter-intuitive, but do it a few times then it becomes second nature.

Their burgers are pretty good, i like it doesnt taste like other fast foods because of the charred taste. especially the tempura green beans

Outside in and out, this is my favorite burger. I only go when this offer comes around as the burgers alone can be quiet expensive.

Deal says subtotal needs to be $10+ before discounts, but it only worked for me when the subtotal was $10 NOT including the double char

Around here, the basic In Out burger is cheaper and better tasting than the basic Habit burger. Quality control at various Habit locations in S Cal is rather poor.
