I had this and returned it. It sounds great but not very user friendly. The remote and their app is hard to navigate. Wiim Ultra is an excellent alternative.

Was available in my area on open box for $380 but I still passed. I have the Eversolo T8 and it's an amazing streamer. Was going to get this for my secondary system but I think the UI is not as good as the ChiFi stuff like Eversolo and WiiM.

Any reason you chose the T8? What external Dac do you use? I was considering getting the DMP-A6 or the T8. From what I understand they're kinda similar but the T8 has a better power supply. Won't the DMP-A6 USB output give a similar result as the T8 with I2S or USB?

I have a McIntosh pre-amp with a decent DAC so I didn't want to have a volume control on my streamer, just no volume control dial at all in the front so it looks cleaner with my setup. Also, the T8 has SFP Fiber for internet, and also an isolated USB port. Minor differences but probably 98% same performance.
