Internal losses seem pretty high on this one though:
12,800mAh is cell capacity. During voltage conversion to 5V, about 40-50% of energy is lost, so the usable capacity is roughly 7,200mAh at 5V.
I have the Talix 140w version actually but this would be a good back up

For nearly all devices this is a 100W charger.
If I had a 125W TurboPower, I'd consider this as an emergency charger for that device to rapidly get a bounce back charge.
But Baseus and INIU deals regularly slay this offering.

7200mAh * 5.0V = 36,000mWh
12800mAh * 3.7V (Li-Ion nominal voltage) = 47,360mWh
Loss = (1 - 36000mWh/ 47360mWh) = .24 = 24%.
Whoever wrote the answer to that Q&A doesn't understand that capacity comparisons in amp-hours can only be done at a fixed voltage. If two different voltages are used, you need to convert to mWh or Joules first.
I think 24% loss is probably pretty average for one of these.
