Good deal but not screaming deal. Dell sells a new QHD 27" 240hz QD-OLED for $350 before any sales

Monitor experts, why should I upgrade my 1440p IPS 144hz 27 incher to another 1440p 27 incher?

I think that does not justify an upgrade. I did that and while the blacks are much darker, there is no significant upgrade. I had a 165hz IPS and I cannot tell the difference between the 240hz oled for speed. The only gains are slightly less motion blur and blacks. This one has low brightness, so there are downgrades in the upgrade.
