By robust, do you mean strength or numbers?

I have this kit from a loooong time ago and it works great because I rarely use them. That being said, the case suuuuuucks so bad, the stuff at the top constantly falls out on me but it's a $10 kit and I've had mine for easily 10 years now and I'd recommend it.

I'd probably pull the trigger on this.. https://www.harborfreight.com/1-i...57793.html just to keep things more organized.

I have that HF kit and have broken multiple bits, so very astute question....

For something like this you'll never use most of the bits, but it would be a derail a project to need one and not have it. I like to buy a cheap kit that includes a case, and then over time replace the bits that actually get used enough enough to wear out or break.

Number of bits more of the esoteric ones. I have plenty of Torx in other sets which is the most common "security bit" used.

Yeah, the case sucks on this warrior set. I have plenty of torx in other sets. For $7 (30% sale) I have this just in case I need one of the rarer bits.

I feel like I must have all of these bits scattered through several sets of "stuff". But this is a convenient, small package with everything and a magnetic extender, so why not? Also available at Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00C1XZ...title&th=1 for the same price, with 5% cash back if you've got a Prime card ...which I see mentioned surprisingly seldom by folks. Seriously, get the card and save 5-6% on every Amazon purchase? Heck yeah!

Just be sure to check the bits for hole centering when buying the cheaper Harbor Freight sets. Sometimes the holes are a little off center and could keep them from fitting into the fastener.

The point of this kit isn't to have a billion tips, of which you won't use 90% of or more, the point is it has one of almost any bit one would need ordinarily, AND, it's in a very compact case with a clear top. Every other kit is in a relatively huge kit or case. This is about the size of two packs of playing cards stacked.

I keep one in each of my tool bags or bigger cases. Keep the LABELED tip slots filled and you are ahead of future issues.
