Many of these cases are limited edition models with severe flaws. 2 of 3 iPhone 17 models have bad discoloration issue, as in after a few weeks the case stains - multiple reviews. The Air cases also have their own issues. No point in buying a phone case even for $5 if it's a POS that wont last longer than it took to ship out to your home

The Verizon store has had similar deals in the past and those cases were fine, I bought several in the past years.

Otterbox makes good basic cases. Whenever they use different materials that's the issue. In the past those cases may not have been made of the same material. Why would hundreds of people lie about the same defect on Amazon reviews? Are they all working together to bring down Otterbox? The three cases i looked at had 3.5-4 out of 5 star reviews and all had a serious flaw that was reproducible by many people. If you want to take a gamble for $6 go ahead, i think most would take a stock Otterbox for $15-20 (the going cost not MSRP) for a bit more to avoid documented issues.

I bought this case last time and while the quality is good, I hate the cutout for the camera button, as my screen protector quickly chipped right where the cutout is. Super annoying

I mean if you actually browsed the selection for two seconds, you'd see they do in fact have the original "stock" otterbox cases. Discoloration happens all the time with nearly any type of clear plastic. And besides, for $6; even if you got a year out of it, it did it's job.

Pretty great deal. I have had the commuter on my 16 Pro for two years. Otterbox will replace if it breaks. I've only had to replace once after the first year.

I've had4 of these commuter cases. 2 for my iPhone 16 and now 2 for my iPhone 17

They are very fragile when putting on & off. I've broken 2 of them while trying to do a full phone cleaning and speaker cleaning

The small plastic around ports will break if you are not very gentile while removing the case or putting it back together

I mean very very gentile.

First discounted name brand S26 Ultra cases I've seen. Got two. About what I expected. Only issue is the lip around the camera, it throws off some magsafe items a little bit, weakening the stick.
