I ALWAYS skip over the 12 volt information as if it wasn't there. Can't invest in a 4th battery format!

I have lots of 20v dewalt tools. I use my 12v drill, impact, and oscillating tool most of the time instead of their 20v counterpart. The little bit of smaller size makes a difference if you use these tools a lot. Most of my jobs just don't need the oomph of the larger tools. I do get the nuisance of having multiple battery platforms though.

12V is dead and obsolete, except for the bottom feeders that refuse to accept this dead line!
