Google Fi is offering a strong Pixel 11 Pro XL promo for new customers, with an instant discount plus 24 months of bill credits and, in some targeted offers, extra savings on the Unlimited Premium plan. The phone can come down to tax only or a much lower upfront cost, and the deal has worked on Flex and other lower plans in some cases. The main catches are the new customer requirement, targeted coupon codes, and the long 24 month commitment. It is a better fit if you are comfortable staying with Fi and bill credits.
Common Questions (5)
The phone credit itself can work on other Fi plans, including Flex, but the separate $10/month plan discount is tied to Unlimited Premium. Some terms also say the $799 rebate requires activating on a full service plan and keeping the account active for 24 months, so switching plans early can forfeit remaining credits.
No. The promo is for new Google Fi customers only, defined as people who have never had Fi service or whose last day of Fi service was more than 180 days before purchase. Existing customers may see different offers, such as smaller instant discounts without the same monthly credits.
The deal is structured as an instant discount plus 24 monthly bill credits, so you still pay the remaining phone balance up front. Depending on the targeted offer, shoppers reported seeing $400 off plus $800 back, while others saw $300 off plus $799 back or other variants.
Yes. The terms say you must keep the qualifying Fi account active for 24 months, and switching to another Fi plan or canceling before then forfeits the remaining monthly credits. That makes the promo best for people who expect to stay on Fi for the full term.
Yes. The offer appears targeted, and some people who were not eligible or did not receive the invite saw only $300 off or no instant $400 discount at all. One report says a Mint customer's order was canceled when the account did not meet the new-customer requirement.

In my case my Offer is $300 off the Pixel Pro or Pro XL plus the $799 in bill credits.
I ordered the Pro 512GB paying just tax up front.
Monthly I'll be paying $4.99 for the phone + $20 flex plan = $24.99 x 24 = $599.76 + tax all in
I don't have to port my number or use Fi, although I probably will at a future point when my USMobile T-mobile annual plan is up in December (I use dual SIMs).

Whoever came up with this marketing strategy needs to be fired. Seems like it may turn off more customers than attract them. Just offer a simple killer deal that is available to everyone Google. It's not like people are camping out to buy an underwhelming Pixel 11 device anyway.

10 bucks off 55
My visible plan is 19 dollar unlimited right now. So I pay about 650 dollars for the phone in 2 years plus base 100 dollars 750.
That's a hard pass for me.
"Unlimited Premium plan will receive an additional $1,039 in bill credits spread over 24 months, while other plans receive an additional $799 off"
"Unlimited Premium plan will receive an additional $1,039 in bill credits spread over 24 months, while other plans receive an additional $799 off"
Here is what the terms state:
"To qualify for the $799 rebate, you need to do all of the following:
- Activate the device on a Google Fi Wireless Unlimited Premium plan within 30 days of the shipment confirmation email and keep the qualifying account active for 24 months.
- If you cancel service at any time before the 24 months, you will forfeit all remaining monthly credits."
See, so 30 days... ok, but than it goes on to say:"Any other details to know?" ...."
- Switching to another Fi plan prior to 24 months results in a forfeiture of remaining credits."
tl;dr: Based on the terms, you have to start on Unlimited Premium plan for the $799 off an, if you switch plans, you lose the remaining credits.Sign up for a Slickdeals account to remove this ad.
Skip that and read the one with the heading "Get $300 off Google Pixel 11 Pro now, plus $799 back over 24 monthly bill credits"
